Our Rates

Standard season Rates (15th January – 15th December). Minimal 3 night stay.

$650 per night (up to 6 guests) inclusive of VAT
Additional adult guests $350 per person per night.
Children under the age of 15 years at $350 per child per night.
Children between the age of 0 and 5 years of age are complimentary.

High season Rates (16th December – 14th January). Minimum 7 night stay.*

$2,500 per night (up to 6 guests) inclusive of VAT
Additional adult guests $500 per person per night.
Children under the age of 15 years at $500 per child per night.
Children between the age of 0 and 5 years of age are complimentary.

*All holiday and special annual dates require a 6-night (7 day) minimum stay.

Bespoke, all-suite accommodation
All Meals
Full laundry and butler service
Babysitting facilities for children
Dhow sailboat pickup from the airport and back to the airport

Rates are quoted in US Dollars (US$) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Catering Levy
Tulia House reserves the right to amend tariffs in the event of currency fluctuations
Tulia House is booked exclusively and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests in 6 suites.
